Ingredients :
2 packages of cream cheese
3 eggs
2/3 cup of sugar, plus 3 Tbsp (divided)
2 tbsp of vanilla extract (divided)
1 cup sour cream
Steps :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter an 8" pie pan
2. Beat together cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1 tbsp vanilla extract until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Remove from the oven and cool for 20 minutes.
3. While cheesecake is cooling, mix together the remaining ingredients ( sour cream, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, and 3 tbsp sugar). Spread on top of cooled cheesecake. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Chill and serve.
